Family Group Conferencing
Family Group Conferencing brings families and professionals together to talk about concerns for children and young people, identify available supports, and decide on the best way forward. Participation by a family in a Family Group Conferencing is voluntary. The process is confidential and facilitated by an impartial facilitator.

Shared Lives Training
CASS offers Shared Lives training to prospective carers in two parts. Part one is designed to assist participants to make an informed choice about whether caring is an appropriate role for them. It also provides necessary information for both the agency and the participants in relation to the assessment process.
Part two provides induction training, which is designed to provide information to prepare a carer for the commencement of the placement.
